Straight from the highlands of Ducurai Village in Letefoho, this organic washed-process wonder is grown at a lofty 1500 meters—basically, coffee on a cloud. Crafted from a dreamy duo of Timor Hybrid and Typica beans, each cup is like dessert in a mug: imagine vanilla bean ice cream melting over toasted pine nuts, with a subtle herbal breeze drifting through.
