Fruit Bomb - Coffee - Columbia | Variety: Java | Process: Washed Double Anaerobic
[Whole Bean] Add Note to Order if you Need it Ground
Our current FRUIT BOMB hails from Columbia.
🎛️ Java Jam: Huila Heatwave Edition 🎛️ Double-Fermented. Washed. Wired for flavor.
🚀 Origin Coordinates Four municipalities deep in the lush tropics of Southern Huila—Palestina, Oparapa, La Argentina, Timaná—where 14 family-run micro-farms orbit the Mastercol Coffee mothership. Each plot, a pixel in a vibrant terroir mosaic, beams in from 1600–2000 masl.
🧬 Cultivar: Java A genetic time traveler. Born in Ethiopia, rerouted through Java, hardened in Indonesia, and now pulsing through Colombia’s volcanic veins. Think Typica’s shadow twin—elegant, resilient, and ready to groove.
🌀 Processing Protocol Manual harvest → nylon-bag cherry ferment (36–48 hrs) → depulp → open-tank parchment ferment (50–80 hrs) → sun-dried for 15–20 days. Multi-stage fermentation = flavor dialed to 11.

🌈 Why It Hits Different This isn’t just “washed.” It’s “washed plus.” Not just “Colombia.” It’s “Colombia remixed.” Not just “enough.” It’s “extra.” A microlot that breaks the mold—14 farms, one rare cultivar, and a flavor spectrum that glows like a synthwave skyline.
